Effective Date: 04/04/2025
By using our website and/or attending one of our events, you are agreeing to our Terms of Service. If you break these rules, you may not be able to attend future events. We reserve the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time.
1. Eligibility
Participants must be within the age bracket specified for the event and be single in order to attend. Your registered name must match your name as written on your ID. ID checks may be performed on entry to the event.
If you wish, you may bring one non-single guest for moral support, subject to availability. However we can not guarantee non-single guests will be able to participate in all our activities.
2. Registration
Participants must register in advance and provide accurate information. Registration is essential in order to attend an event and is not optional. Although on-the-door entry may be available, this is dependent on the event and is usually not guaranteed. On-the-door entry is at the discretion of the host. This is also required for any non-single guests.
3. Conduct
Attendees must conduct themselves in a respectful and professional manner at all times. Any behaviour deemed disruptive, offensive, or inappropriate, including but not limited to harassment, discrimination, or violation of event policies, will not be tolerated. The event organiser reserves the right to remove any individual from the event without refund and may ban them from attending future events. The organiser is not liable for any claims arising from such removal or banning. By attending, participants agree to adhere to these standards and acknowledge that the organiser’s decision on such matters is final.
4. Confidentiality
Any personal or sensitive information shared by attendees during the event is considered confidential and must not be disclosed to third parties without prior written consent, unless required by law. The event organiser will handle all personal data in strict compliance with applicable data protection laws, including the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). This includes implementing appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect personal data against unauthorised access, loss, or misuse.
By attending the event, participants consent to the collection, storage, and use of their data for event-related communications, in line with the organiser’s privacy policy. Participants have the right to request access to, or deletion of, their personal data in accordance with GDPR rights.
5. Waiver of Liability and Assumption of Risk
By participating in this event, the participant voluntarily assumes all risks and agrees to release, waive, and hold harmless the event organiser, host, sponsors, vendors, staff, contractors, volunteers, and affiliated parties from any claims, liabilities, or damages, known or unknown, arising from injury, illness, property damage, or other harm related to the event, including those caused by negligence.
The participant acknowledges that participation is voluntary and involves inherent risks. They accept full responsibility for their safety and belongings throughout the event.
This waiver covers claims resulting from the actions, omissions, or negligence of the event host and related parties. The participant further agrees to indemnify and hold harmless the event host and affiliates against any claims brought by third parties due to the participant’s actions.
By attending, the participant affirms they have read, understood, and voluntarily agreed to this waiver.
6. Media Release and Consent
By attending this event, participants consent to the unrestricted use of any photographs, video recordings, or other media captured during the event for promotional, marketing, and commercial purposes, in any format or medium, without compensation or further approval.
Consent is implied by attendance unless communicated in writing in advance of the event. Participants waive any rights to review or approve the materials. Any objections to being recorded must be made in writing before the event.
Participants release the event organiser from any claims related to the use of their likeness, image, or voice in promotional materials.
7. Refund and Transfer Policy
All tickets for the event are non-refundable under any circumstances. If you are unable to attend, you may request a transfer to a future event, provided that the request is made in writing at least 14 days prior to the event date. Transfer requests made after this period will not be accepted.
The event organiser reserves the right to refuse any transfer request and is not obligated to provide a refund or alternative event options if the terms are not met. In the event the organiser cancels or reschedules the event, attendees will be offered a full refund or the option to transfer to a future event.
By purchasing a ticket, you acknowledge and agree to these terms and conditions, and the event organiser shall not be held liable for any costs, losses, or inconvenience incurred due to the attendee’s inability to attend or transfer the ticket outside the specified timeframe.
8. Code of Conduct
Attendees must not consume excessive amounts of alcohol or engage in the use of illegal substances during any event. Any behaviour deemed to be intoxicated, disruptive, or in violation of this policy will result in immediate removal from the event, with no refund, and may lead to a permanent ban from attending future events. The event organiser reserves the right to take necessary actions to ensure the safety and well-being of all participants and will not be liable for any claims arising from the enforcement of this policy.
9. Health and Safety
The event organiser will ensure strict compliance with all relevant health and safety regulations applicable to each individual event. Attendees must follow all health and safety guidelines and instructions provided. The organiser is not responsible for any accidents, injuries, or health-related incidents that occur during the event, unless caused by the organiser’s negligence.
10. Changes to Event
The organiser reserves the right to modify, alter, or cancel any aspect of the event, including the format, schedule, location, or any terms and conditions, without prior notice. In the event of significant changes, the organiser will make reasonable efforts to notify attendees, but shall not be held liable for any inconvenience, costs, or losses incurred as a result of such changes.
11. Dispute Resolution
Any disputes or complaints arising from the event should be promptly addressed by contacting the event organiser directly. The organiser will make reasonable efforts to resolve any issues in a fair and efficient manner. By attending the event, participants agree that the organiser’s decision will be final, and no legal action will be taken unless required by law.
12. Attendance Policy
To ensure fairness to other attendees and the smooth running of our events, we reserve the right to restrict your ability to book future events if you repeatedly purchase tickets and fail to attend without providing at least 48 hours’ notice. This policy is in place to prevent continuous no-shows and to protect the experience of other participants.
13. Real-World Responsibility
Attending our events involves meeting real people and doing real things in the real world, which can sometimes lead to unexpected situations. We can’t control what happens in the real world, and we are not responsible for it. You should use common sense and good judgment when interacting with others. If you choose to remain in contact with an attendee after one of our events, this is your choice and not our responsibility.
By using our website or attending our events, you acknowledge and agree to these Terms and Conditions.
